SEES Physical Education

Hi SEES Families! Welcome to my physical education distance learning website. I am so excited to engage in fun and standards based physical education lessons and activities with your child this year. Starting the year off virtually is very different for all of us but I am confident that we will have lots of fun learning and growing together.

My goal when I have your kiddos in physical education class is to get them into as much Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity (MVPA) time as I can. I use the California State physical education standards to guide my lessons to help each child to build the skills and confidence to participate in a wide variety of physical activities.
