What is the age requirement for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) for the 24/25 school year?

TK is open to 4 year olds who will turn 5 between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025. 

What are the school hours?

TK Hours: (as of 23/24) AM: 8:15-11:50 (Wednesdays early dismissal: 10:50am). PM: 11:50-3:25 (Wednesdays early dismissal: 2:25pm)

K–5th Hours (as of 23/24) 8:45am-3:10pm (Wednesdays early dismissal 2:10pm)

How do I enroll my child at SEES?

All registration is completed online using the ParentVue App. Click HERE to get started.

Do you offer tours of the campus to new families?

Yes, we schedule at least two tours in the spring and a tour the week prior to school starting in August. Please keep checking our website and social media for tour dates and the RSVP link. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate individual family tours. 

We do not reside within the San Elijo Elementary boundaries, but I want my student(s) to attend SEES. Is it possible to transfer? 

Families who live outside our school boundaries and who meet transfer requirements, may request a transfer permit through the district. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Click HERE to get started. Transfer Permit applications are due by March 31st. 

Is before school and/or after school care available?

Yes, Kids on Campus (KOC) is a fee based program on SEES campus.  

• Kindergarten-5th Grade: Before and after school care is available for grades K-5th. 

• Transitional Kindergarten: KOC is currently offered in the morning for PM TK students only. If you require KOC care, please indicate that you need PM TK for your student when registering. Availability for KOC is dependent on enrollment and is subject to change. SEES continues to explore additional after school programs and will update if/when available.

• KOC Pre- Registration starts mid-April for new families (you’ll be creating an account). Each school has its own registration date (usually the first week of May). KOC Registration is online only. Information will come via email, so it’s important to pre-register.

What documents are required to enroll? 

• Proof of Age (birth certificate, passport)

• Health and Oral Forms for incoming TK, K and 1st graders. If you have appointments scheduled, you may upload a picture of the appointment card for registration purposes only..

• Current Immunization Record: Click HERE to see California State requirements.

I already have a student at SEES, do I need to create a new ParentVue Acct to register my incoming TK or Kindergarten student?

You do not need to create a new account. Log in to your current account and select New Student Enrollment from the drop down menu.
